Terms of Use

This Agreement is a public offer of the stud.kz Platform for individuals who accept this offer under the terms set out below. The Platform is an online platform where Users may publish their academic works. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance of this User Agreement is registration on the Platform. If you do not agree with the terms of this User Agreement, you must leave the Platform. “Bonus Money” means funds credited by the Platform at the moment of sale of a User’s work. These funds may be used only on the Platform. “Platform” means the resource located at https://stud.kz/. “Copyright” means that, based on this public offer, we consider that the work belongs to the User who uploaded the file to the website.

  1. The User gives consent to the Platform to process their personal data provided for registration of a personal account on the Platform;
  2. The Platform undertakes to keep the User’s personal data confidential;
  3. The Platform prohibits obscene language, insults, distribution of malware, plagiarism, publication of Works or information that violates the rights of other persons, as well as any activity contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  4. The User bears full responsibility for their actions on the Platform that cause damage to other persons;
  5. The Platform has the right to amend the terms of this Agreement unilaterally;
  6. By uploading a Work to the Platform, the User confirms that they own the copyright to this work and bears full financial responsibility in case of violation of third-party copyrights;
  7. If you are an author/right holder and believe that a specific Work on the Platform has been posted in violation of your copyright, please inform us, and we will remove it from the Platform;
  8. The owner of the Work independently determines its price on the Platform;
  9. The Platform reserves the right to suspend User accounts on the Platform without explanation;
  10. The Platform reserves the right to make part of the text of uploaded files and works publicly available, not exceeding 50%, for preview purposes and indexing by search engines;
  11. The User understands and acknowledges that the Platform is not a party to any agreements, arrangements, or contractual relations that may arise between Users of the Platform; the User does not enter into an employment relationship with the Platform and is not an employee of the Platform;
  12. If there are legal prohibitions in the country of which the User is a resident that restrict the use of the Platform for the purposes and in the ways provided by this User Agreement, the User must refrain from accessing and using the Platform. The risks of non-compliance with this condition lie with the User;
  13. Funds credited to the User’s account are non-refundable;
  14. Mobile application Users may delete all their personal data through the application;
  15. The Platform reserves the right to edit or delete a User review partially or completely if it is false, offensive, contains abusive and/or obscene language, calls for violence or extremism, or violates the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Platform Status
    Stud.kz Platform, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is solely an information intermediary service / hosting provider. The Platform does not pre-moderate the content of materials uploaded by Users, does not publish them on its own initiative, does not modify them, and is not their author.
  • User Warranties
    By uploading any material to the Platform, the User confirms and guarantees that they are the author or lawful right holder of the material, or that they possess all necessary rights to use, distribute, and sell it. The User bears full responsibility for preventing any violation of copyright and/or related rights of third parties.
  • Limitation of Liability
    The Platform is not liable for any demands, claims, losses, compensation, or sanctions arising in connection with materials uploaded by Users. Such claims shall be brought directly against the User who uploaded the material. The User undertakes to protect the Platform from third-party claims and fully compensate any damages caused.
